Angel Olivera started his fashion career in 1998 after obtaining his Fashion Design degree.  His work has been published and awarded with the highest recognition by the Chamber of Representatives from the government of Puerto Rico and the mayor of his hometown, Ponce. 

Angel moved to Indiana in January 2008 and quickly established his services, which include alterations and fashion design for anyone with an interest in fashion.
